  • INQUIRE

    STEP 1
    Begin by reaching out through email or call us. Inquire about your one-time cleaning service or inquire about membership enrollment. Share details about your artwork, sculpture, or photo and provide as much context as possible regarding its history and condition.

  • PAY YOUR RETAINER

    STEP 2
    Secure your membership or service with your non refundable consultation retainer payment of $2500*, which allows us to book your conservator inspection and begin service preparations.

  • INSPECTION & INVOICE

    STEP 3
    Your conservator will perform an inspection delivering a status report with recommendations. You’ll then receive your prospective invoice, reflecting the full scope of work of what we expect to do. With your retainer and signature & approval we can begin service. Updating you on any changes, comments, or concerns we may have. If additional fees or payment is required we will inform you prior to making changes.

  • SERVICE & DELIVERY

    STEP 4
    Once complete, a video of your artwork will be sent to you for your confirmation. Your artwork is then returned with white-glove care by our transport team, ready to be displayed and cherished.

    ✨ Restoration and fabrication may take 6–24 months or longer depending on the project — but the result is always worth the wait.
