Benefits for the top 100 Employers
A Workforce Family Continuity Program is an employer-sponsored support system that coordinates services, resources, and family assistance before, during, and after significant life events. The program is designed to reduce operational disruption, improve employee well-being, and facilitate a safe, timely, and sustainable return to work while complementing existing state and federal leave benefits.
Phase 1 — Prevention & Preparation
Employees have access to services before a crisis occurs.
Examples include:
Pregnancy planning
Family planning
Childcare planning
Household support planning
Care coordination
Educational resources
Concierge assistance
The goal is to prepare employees before a life event impacts work.
Phase 2 — Life Event Support
When a qualifying event occurs, the employee activates the appropriate level of support.
Examples include:
Pregnancy
Birth
Adoption
Family loss
Temporary disability
Medical recovery
Caregiver responsibilities
Other qualifying family emergencies
Support is coordinated based on the employee's needs and the employer's selected benefit level.
Phase 3 — Recovery & Stabilization
Rather than waiting until leave expires, the program focuses on maintaining continuity.
Support may include:
Care coordination
Household assistance
Childcare support
Meal support
Family resource navigation
Wellness services
Ongoing communication with the employee
The objective is to remove barriers that could delay a successful return to work.
